萬國兒童佈道團 (Child Evangelism Fellowship ® ，簡稱CEF) 是一個國際性、超宗派、以聖經為基礎的兒童福音機構。於1937年在美國成立，至今在全球超過160個國家成立地區分部，香港分部於1963年成立。

Child Evangelism Fellowship® is a Bible-centered organization (an international christian NGO) composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living. CEF have a ministry presence in nearly every nation on the globe. The CEF work in Hong Kong started in 1963.
